Express Employment is seeking a skilled and motivated 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Toledo, Ohio. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the operational efficiency of production equipment during the evening shift, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems and implement effective solutions
- Conduct repairs on production equipment and machinery as needed
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist in the training and development of new maintenance staff as required
