Apple's Services team is seeking an experienced, thoughtful, and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for media and entertainment to help massively grow its Services business, with a focus on Apple TV+ and Sports. The Strategy & Planning Lead, Business Development will support global growth efforts with a focus on developing new business opportunities, uncovering ways to optimize existing partnerships, as well as helping drive analyses of key strategic projects. The role will also drive forecasting, modeling, and performance analyses for global business development and distribution channels (such as Connected Home and MVPDs). This high-impact role requires a highly motivated and experienced team player with great attention to detail and mastery of financial modeling. We are looking for a prolific and proactive individual who can take ownership of a high volume of cross-functional workstreams and combine research, analysis, and brainstorming with multiple teams (including finance, analytics, commerce, product, and marketing) to produce fresh insights and actionable growth strategies. The candidate must also have excellent presentation and communication skills. This role will be highly visible within the organization since senior leadership depends heavily on this team's analyses to drive important business decisions globally.

• Collaborate with business leads in setting strategic priorities and goals for channels like Connected Home and MVPDs.
• Conduct complex strategic analyses and build a high volume of detailed financial models from the ground up to drive strategic business decisions on new business initiatives and dealmaking.
• Develop and maintain a suite of models for forecasting, performance tracking, and scenario analysis across global distribution channels.
• Research, size, and prioritize recommendations of new business and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with partner managers to track and assess key critical metrics and growth drivers, including proactively surfacing insights to help drive success with our partnerships.
• Develop a deep understanding of industry trends as well as competitive developments relevant for business performance.
• Provide executives with business reporting and insights.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
