Job description

A company is looking for a Director, Digital Video Planning.

Key Responsibilities

Establish strategic direction and account leadership across digital video initiatives

Oversee development of performance and brand-building strategies specific to digital video

Drive departmental processes, standards, and best practices while managing digital video initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience

8+ years of hands-on experience in digital video

Understanding of platform and publisher relationships, data targeting capabilities, and digital media activation

Experience with DSPs, CTV publishers, and campaign performance insights

A collaborative spirit with an interest in mentoring and managing team members
