Software Engineer Lead

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of complex software programs

Conduct code reviews, developer testing, and coordinate with teams to enhance collaboration and productivity

Prepare technical documentation and assist in prioritizing work items across agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience

Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Kotlin

Familiarity with frameworks and libraries including Angular, Spring Boot, and Docker

Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL

Basic understanding of DevOps management and project management experience
