Job description5+ years in avionics or electrical hardware for aerospace / robotics. Strong background in PCB design, bring-up, and debugging. Familiar with microcontrollers, power electronics, and high-reliability board design. Fluency with ECAD tools (Altium, KiCad, or equivalent). Bonus : radiation-hardened or space-rated board design experience. Salary Range : $150K - $175K 100% employer-paid medical, vision, and dental healthcare Meaningful early-stage equity

Responsibilities
- Lead design of power and avionics boards, including electromagnet drive circuits and backplane routing.
- Develop PCB layouts and oversee bring-up, validation, and flight readiness.
- Own power management and distribution, including budgets, fault isolation, and redundancy strategies.
- Integrate sensors, comms, and compute hardware into a cohesive avionics stack.
- Collaborate with test and systems teams on bench testing, HIL setups, and mission readiness.
