Hr Contact Center Representative
We are looking for a skilled HR Contact Center Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to employees during the open enrollment period, ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently and accurately. This is a long-term contract position where your expertise in HR processes and benefits coordination will be highly valued.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to high volumes of inbound calls, addressing employee inquiries related to open enrollment and benefits.
- Assist employees with navigating HR systems and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide guidance on benefits administration, including medical, dental, and other employee plans.
- Verify employee benefits and ensure accurate documentation within HR systems.
- Manage multiple systems and screens simultaneously to deliver timely support.
- Handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Support onboarding processes by answering questions and offering assistance.
- Ensure all employee interactions are handled with attention to detail and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements :
Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, ideally within a high-volume call center.Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to navigate multiple platforms efficiently.Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including medical and dental plans.Experience working in environments regulated by HIPAA.Ability to multitask and manage multiple screens and systems simultaneously.Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Previous remote work experience is preferred.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
