Job Overview & Work Site

What We Treat

Patient care comprises approximately 75% of your role. Our therapists manage a diverse caseload, providing high-quality care across a range of conditions. You'll be supported by a multidisciplinary team dedicated to collaboration and excellence.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Conduct employee annual reviews and competency assessments.
• Assist with onboarding new staff and integrating them into our agency and Advance Rehabilitation Management Group.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with home health care regulations and best practices.
• Support new hires with documentation training and monitor EMR usage for accuracy and efficiency.

We prioritize job satisfaction by offering tailored scheduling and strategically managed territories, ensuring balanced caseloads and minimal drive time between visits. Our rehab directors are practicing therapists who understand the challenges and rewards of the role. Compensation is structured based on visit type, with a base salary for administrative leadership duties.
