PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : To operate multi-position telephone switchboard; and to greet and direct visitors.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

  • Receives all non-DID incoming calls.
  • Directs calls to appropriate individuals or department after obtaining adequate information.
  • Displays professional courtesy at all times.
  • Maintains a customer service attitude.
  • Attendance during scheduled work hours is required.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Licensing : High school diploma or GED required
  • Skills : Strong oral and written communication, computer literate including Microsoft Office, organizational skills required
  • Experience : Clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
