The Global eDiscovery Services
team
provides strategic technology and methodologies to the
irm's disputes lawyers and clients
The Analyst role
is positioned at the intersection of law,
technology
and data
analysis
and
works
closely
with Project Managers to track,
organize
and report information
on client eDiscovery projects.
This position
requires a strong interest in and aptitude toward technology
and data
analysis and
offers a career path to the eDiscovery Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles within the
epartment
he
appropriate candidate
will receive training
in leading-edge eDiscovery technology and related processes
through the
epartment's strong professional development and mentoring program
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Work closely with Project Manager
to
assist
in the
setup and
management of
eDiscovery
databases for document review
analysis
and production
Monitor and report on the progress of client projects
Maintain
documentation
regarding
collection of electronic data collected from clients
Organize and prepare data for loading,
processing
review
and production
Assist Project Managers to apply AI and sampling methodologies
to large data sets
Generate
daily
productivity metrics to measure
progress and status of
document
review projects
Generate reports and conduct searches
within the firm's
eDiscovery platform
Perform quality control checks of work product
of stakeholders involved in the eDiscovery process

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
Minimum one year of work experience in an office environment
is
required
xperience in eDiscovery
document review
law firm, corporate legal or vendor preferred
but not
required
Ability to adapt
to
an ever-changing environment and handle concurrent projects with high quality results
Willingness to provide after hours, overtime
and weekend support as necessary
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with
appropriate supervision
Ability to communicate effectively with lawyers, vendors, and other key project stakeholders
