Team Health is seeking a Site Staff Physician to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of occupational medicine in partnership with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.

In this role, you will :

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative occupational medicine care systems and processes for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
• Collaborate with Team Health and New Jersey Turnpike Authority leadership to ensure optimal quality and efficiency in medical services.
• Serve as a primary medical services provider, delivering exceptional care to employees of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
• Play a key role in developing and coordinating quality assurance standards and professional medical protocols with and for other Team Health physicians and mid-level providers.
• Promote the practice of occupational medicine according to the highest ethical standards and in accordance with the specific needs of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.

COMPENSATION :

Starting Base Salary : $236,083

Skills : Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.

Geographic Location : Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.

Internal Equity : Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and / or sub-specialty.

Budget and Grant Funding : Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
