Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in David City,, Nebraska.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week

Requirements

  • Active RN license (Nebraska or Compact)
  • BLS (AHA only)
  • Minimum 2 years LTC RN experience
  • Clean license and background (discipline / criminal history must be disclosed)
  • Resume with full 7-year work history (facility names, not agencies)
  • 2 recent references (1 must be supervisory)
  • Skills checklist (within 1 year)
  • Immunizations : MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap, Flu (seasonal), TB (or Chest X-ray + questionnaire)
  • Background : National Criminal, FACIS III, Sex Offender, OIG, SAM, SSN trace
  • Nebraska DHHS Registry Check (APS / CAN)
  • Valid state-issued photo ID
  • COVID vaccine or declination
