Job description

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer / Product Designer to set a strategic design vision, guide research and implementation, and deliver high-quality, production-ready materials at speed. This is a player-coach role, collaborating closely with business, technical, and product leaders to shape the future of enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion a human-centered product vision aligned with business goals and strategies
  • Lead the evolution of the platform into an integrated system with advanced analytics & UX orchestration
  • Build, maintain, and scale design systems & ops resources
  • Partner with Product Owners, Data Science, and Engineering teams for seamless delivery
  • Champion accessibility, UX standards, and design best practices across teams
  • Act as the primary UX voice in demos, reviews, and leadership discussions
  • Miro – collaboration & journey mapping

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years leading design teams in cross-functional environments
  • 8+ years UX design experience with Figma (portfolio required; include password if needed)
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and innovation skills in fast-paced settings

  • Strong understanding of accessibility & product design research best practices
