We're partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm who is seeking a highly skilled Residential Civil Engineering - Project Manager to join their Team. Project Manager will lead projects, cultivate client relationships, and mentor team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct projects, managing tasks, workload, financial performance, and resources
- Foster existing client relationships through periodic meetings, proposals, and feedback
- Prepare agreements and oversee construction plans, bid documents, and cost estimates
- Analyze complex technical opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve Practice Area goals
