Job Summary :

Product Manager Role with Protective Industrial Products

Locations : Freeport, IL or Clover, SC

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and drive global Grounding, Jumpers, Hotstick, and Insulator Product Lines including accountability for top line sales and Profit & Loss.
• May include future responsibility of Rubber Blankets and Line Hoses.
• Define and deliver on winning portfolio strategy through a clear roadmap.
• Define and bring to market new products / solutions. (NPIs)
• Drive commercial launch and ongoing demand / profit optimization initiatives to achieve financial targets.
• Define go-to-market / commercial strategies for portfolio.
• Set and optimize pricing to deliver on growth and profitability objectives.
• Product Lifecyle management with respect to grounding and jumper product portfolio.
• Manage and own development of Grounding offering configurator.
• Sales training on new product launches.
• Handle technical products and application queries.
• Conduct market research and VOC.
