Exciting Urology Opportunity in Fargo, ND

Essentia Health – Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist to join our esteemed and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity within a stable, clinician-led organization that values excellence and collaboration.

• Competitive Compensation : Starting base pay of $600,000-$650,000 based on experience with an opportunity to earn beyond. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
• Supportive Team Environment : Work alongside a collegial team of 1 Urologist and 3 Nurse Practitioners.
• Balanced Workload : Admissions are managed by the hospitalist service, with a manageable call schedule of 1 : 4.
• Operational Efficiency : Benefit from dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week, supported by a well-trained and efficient OR staff.
• Advanced Support : Our Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients.
