About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President to take on a pivotal role in the strategic management of trust accounts, letters of credit, and other collateral arrangements that underpin its ceded reinsurance portfolio. This hands-on, individual contributor position is tasked with the administration of a growing number of trust accounts across various international jurisdictions, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant contractual, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct coordination of complex collateral structures with a range of stakeholders, including cedents, brokers, banks, custodians, and internal teams. Additionally, the role involves managing LOCs and funds withheld arrangements, reviewing investment guidelines, and preparing detailed reporting packages for the Security Committee.
Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should possess a deep knowledge of NAIC trust requirements and regulatory frameworks across U.S., Bermuda, and U.K. / EU jurisdictions. The position requires a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and a strong understanding of investment guidelines, collateral eligibility, and portfolio concentration metrics. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in implementing governance policies, compliance controls, and operational best practices. As the reinsurance portfolio expands, this role offers the opportunity for broader strategic influence and leadership in shaping the company's collateral framework. The environment is highly collaborative, fully remote, and values an ownership mindset among all employees.
