About the Role
We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-growth, venture-backed startup building AI-powered solutions that transform how companies discover and hire talent. This is a ground-floor opportunity where you'll work directly with the founding team in a fast-paced, flat environment, making an immediate impact on growth.
As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll be responsible for identifying leads, qualifying them, and booking demos that drive adoption of our category-defining product. You'll work across multiple channels, including outbound calls, email, social media, and events, to create meaningful connections with hiring teams across industries.
What You'll Do
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers to drive pipeline growth.
Book demos and support sales efforts across outbound channels.
Develop and refine outreach strategies to maximize engagement.
Maintain sales collateral and CRM systems to ensure a seamless pipeline.
Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams in a startup environment.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Education
1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or related experience preferred; junior to mid-level.
Open to new graduates with a track record of achievement in any field.
Bachelor's degree (preferably from a reputable university).
Startup experience is a plus.
Skills & Attributes
No direct sales experience required; experience in lead generation, qualification, or demo booking is valuable.
Knowledge or interest in AI and market research.
Exceptional communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and relationship-building.
A history of demonstrating exceptionalism (professional or personal achievements).
