Responsibilities :
- Installation, maintenance, and repairs of ATE / SLT hardware.
- Thermal setup installation (pedestal, TIM, plunger / lid) and its operation on plunger and ATC lid.
- MB and E-board installation. Troubleshooting of SLT setup (E-board, socket, & thermal head) and ATE setup (loadboard, socket, & plunger).
- Test setup validation with a golden unit. Ongoing socket monitoring / maintenance.
- Support ENG requests.
Required Skills :
- Know IC testing setups (ATE or / and SLT) and troubleshooting. must have
- Know thermal control and chiller operation. nice to have
- Capable to read mechanical drawings and know general mechanical knowledge. nice to have
- Able to repair socket under a microscope. Good vision and stable handling tiny pin. must have
- Able to lift 25 pounds load-board for ATE setup installation and debug. must have
