Primary Responsibilities

  • Interpret and provide diagnostic radiology reports for cases from two established southern Texas hospitals
  • Deliver timely, accurate radiological interpretations across multiple imaging modalities
  • Maintain high-quality diagnostic standards while working remotely from your preferred location
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and hospital staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Meet productivity benchmarks while maintaining diagnostic accuracy and turnaround time standards
  • Participate in quality assurance and peer review processes as required
  • Maintain current knowledge of radiology best practices and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by ABR (American Board of Radiology)
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain Texas medical license expeditiously)
  • Proven experience in diagnostic radiology interpretation across multiple modalities
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with referring physicians and healthcare teams
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate technology for teleradiology services
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Fellowship training in subspecialty radiology preferred but not required
  • Experience with PACS systems and radiology workflow software highly desirable
