Senior Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst (Processes, Reporting & Data Management) in Healthcare Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, review, and distribute weekly and monthly NetSuite hours reporting, ensuring data accuracy

Conduct cyclical hours and revenue reviews with project teams, validating data and forecasting future metrics

Assist with data entry and validation in NetSuite and support CRM implementation and maintenance

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required; MBA preferred

5+ years of professional experience in operations planning, modeling, and analysis

Outstanding analytical and quantitative modeling skills

Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools, with high-level skills in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
