Ski Patrol Dispatcher role at Mountain Capital Partners
Calm under pressure and great at multitasking? As a Ski Patrol Dispatcher, you'll be the communication hub for the mountain — coordinating emergency responses, tracking patrol movements, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so guests can enjoy the freedom to ski.
What You'll Do
- Monitor radio traffic and serve as the primary point of contact between Ski Patrol, Dispatch, Lift Operations, and emergency responders.
- Receive and log incident reports, including injuries, lift issues, trail closures, and guest assistance.
- Dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of calls, incidents, and actions taken.
- Assist with administrative support, incident report filing, and coordination with outside agencies when needed.
What We're Looking For
Must be at least 18 years or older.Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.EMT, OEC, or WFR is required.Excellent verbal and written communication and multitasking skills.Remains calm and focused in emergency or high-stress situations.Experience with two-way radio systems and / or dispatching is preferred.Comfortable using computers (including Google Workspace), logging systems, and basic reporting tools.Works well independently and as part of a safety-focused team.Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.Why You'll Love It Here
