Title : Business Operations Analyst
Location : Detroit, MI (3-days onsite, 2-days remote Hybrid schedule)
Note : This is a W2 contract role – C2C, 1099, and 3 rd party candidates will NOT be considered
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Business Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in a strategic program that will modernize key IT systems and build the foundation that will drive business transformation. The Business Operations Analyst will drive value throughout the entire development lifecycle, from project inception, requirements, design, construct, testing, deployment, and production support.
Position Responsibilities :
- Providing superior customer experience ensuring all escalations are handled professionally, timely, and accurately
- Acting as Subject Matter Experts of the multi-tenant auction platform in support of operational initiatives, integrations, issue / defect resolution, and escalation support
- With partnership with the Sales and Product Management, facilitating customer integrations while providing leadership consistent views into the integration activities and roadmap
- Serving as primary business liaison to our DevOps Support Team, driving priority, urgency, and quick resolution of production issues & defects while ensuring clear communication to customers and leadership with regular status updates
- Maintaining oversight of the auction business rules, incentives, and specific platform configurations
- Maintaining a partnership with Product Management team in support of the platforms release program, including coordination of business testing, socialization of known issues in the release notes, and support of night / weekend production release validation
- Proactively identifying / executing process improvement initiatives to resolve redundancy and streamline work for teams within LOB
- Providing recommendations on efficiencies that can be gained based on the current set of circumstances
- Creating and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success
- Handling miscellaneous tasks, as assigned
Position Qualifications :
4+ years of customer support experience within the software product industry, with a proven track record of resultsknowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with basic technical skills, and experience with JiraAbility to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast paced, and collaborative environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, innovation, organization, time management, communication (verbal, spoken, written), and follow-throughAn interest in continuous and iterative improvements, driving superior customer service, and a strong sense of urgency into resolution on issuesAbility to maintain a high level of motivation, performance, and personal integrity aligned with corporate valuesCritical thinking and problem-solving ability, including the ability to manage simultaneously occurring tasks, projects, and programs in a deadline-driven business environmentAbility to effectively influence people at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAdvanced knowledge of automotive, vehicle remarketing preferredA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field; relevant industry data analytic or automation-related Certifications preferredNote : This is a W2 contract role – C2C, 1099, and 3 rd party candidates will NOT be considered
