Position Summary
The Marketing Program Lead is responsible for managing the execution of key marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless project flow across the department. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, overseeing timelines, tools, vendors, and deliverables that support both corporate and property-level marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with a strong understanding of multifamily marketing operations and a passion for process improvement.
