Senior Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct organizational studies to assess process effectiveness and identify improvement areas

Design and implement systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Prepare and maintain detailed operations and procedures manuals for staff training and consistency

Qualifications

10 years of experience in management analysis or business process improvement

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis techniques

Understanding of business analysis and operational efficiency principles

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Public Trust or ability to obtain one
