Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in King of Prussia, PA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee day-to-day tasks such as coordinating projects, managing construction projects, budgeting, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires regular interaction with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in commercial construction is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in King of Prussia, PA
