Required at name clear

Drive in providers only no flights

Board Certified ABEM (would be willing to take FM or BE w / in 5 years of residency)

Clean background a must - Required at name clear

Hourly Rate : 275 / hr

IA licenses - Required

ACLS & PALS are required; if ER boarded ACLS and PALS are waived; ATLS required for trauma privileges
