Full-time Registered Behavior Technician IV (RBT) opportunity available at Quest Kids Winter Garden Center.

Who are you? You are an experienced RBT that is comfortable working in both center and community settings (in-home and in schools); you also have experience and feel comfortable working on more challenging cases.

• Our BCBAs are experienced and available. RBTs get supervision, guidance and relationship building from quality clinicians. We ensure RBTs have an approachable and accessible support system when providing services for our families.
• At Quest we trust our RBTs and keep free from strict requirements, providing training that leads to autonomy in their role. Our RBTs' ideas are heard and included by their BCBAs and are encouraged to use their training to drive their sessions.
