Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy Planning :

• Develop comprehensive plans for events, considering coordination, budgeting and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining event briefs and presentations; leading and coordinating pre- and post-event meetings.
• Contribute to the analysis of programs and makes recommendations for event re-alignment, changes and participation level for future events.
• Responsible for management of vendor relationships.
