A company is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee and implement quality management programs in healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, and maintain quality assurance processes
Analyze quality and operational data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related fields
5+ years of experience in quality management or healthcare operations
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with pharmacy benefit management or healthcare systems
Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
Demonstrated dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence
