DMC Strategic IT is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work fully remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
Accurately input data into various databases and systems.
Verify and correct data discrepancies.
Maintain and update data records regularly.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Retrieve and organize data as requested by team members.
Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries.
Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain data integrity.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy.
Identify and report any data-related issues to supervisors.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.
Previous experience in data entry or related fields is a plus, but not required.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
