About The Role – Who You’ll Work With ...

SourceAmerica is seeking a Nonprofit Liaison to join the Workforce Development team. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining an open line of communication between SourceAmerica and the Nonprofit Agency (NPA) community. This role is crucial in enhancing NPA relationships with SourceAmerica and ensuring a constructive and collaborative environment for both parties. #ZR

There are approximately 500 NPAs in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network that provide products or services through the AbilityOne Program and approximately 36,000 AbilityOne employees are in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network. #ZR, #LI-SC1

• Due to the requirements of this position, the ideal candidate must reside in one of the following Eastern region states : Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, or West Virginia.

Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $99,000 and $120,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

Work Environment

Depending on the applicant location. Our organization offers both a hybrid and remote work environment where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek.
