Bon Secours Southampton Family Practice located in Franklin, VA is seeking a Family Medicine MD / DO for very busy family practice.

Also open to IM / PEDS Physician.

• New grads or experienced physician welcome
• $40,000 Sign On Bonus
• Up to $100,000 Med School Loan Assistance available with loan statement
• Resident Stipend Available
• Busy established family practice, Avg 20-22 patients per day after ramp-up period
• 2 MD and 2 NP in practice now - Adding one Physician for Growth of the practice
• We see all ages - low peds panel volume
• 1 : 7 Call (every 6th week- shared w / all primary care providers)- telephone only
• Flexible Schedule available - 4 10's or 5-8's - M-F full time
• EPIC EMR
• MyChart for virtual health
• DAX AI - ambient charting
• Potential opportunity for APC oversight
• 1 : 1 Provider support by CMA / LPN
• $10,000 Annual CME Budget
• 35 days Allowed Time Off
