Create onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales hires
Develop and maintain sales playbooks and objection handling guides
Track enablement program effectiveness and iterate based on data and feedback
Required Qualifications
Successful track record in a direct SaaS, B2B Sales role or extensive experience with sales teams
Deep familiarity with application security and translating technical value into business outcomes
Highly organized with experience in creating and maintaining enablement documents
Comfortable providing constructive feedback to sales representatives
Strong writing skills to create clear and actionable enablement content
