In this role, you will work with the marketing team to grow the company’s business pipelines through prospecting and other upper-funnel sales activities. You will assist in operational tasks where needed, including but not limited to account research, CRM data maintenance, and marketing event preparation.

This is a highly tactical role with a strong opportunity for growth given its many touchpoints across both sales and marketing teams. This role will report into the VP of Sales & Marketing Operations.

What You'll Do :

  • Prospect, conduct personalized outreach, and qualify leads from target accounts across multiple business segments
  • Support post-event outbound marketing as needed (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Continuously monitor lead engagement and buying indicators, identifying highly-engaged prospects for handoff to enterprise sales teams
  • Support CRM data hygiene and analysis as needed
  • Conduct account-based research as needed, especially in coordination with event marketing
  • Support other marketing-assigned tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong detail orientation and sense of ownership in your work
  • Familiarity with Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ Year of client-facing work or internship experience
  • Preferred :

  • Familiarity with Hubspot and / or other CRMs

  • Hourly Rate : $25.00 to $30.00 plus a competitive commission plan.
