ABOUT THE ROLE : The SVP - Strategic Growth leads enterprise-wide initiatives to "serve more and serve better" across the SF Network, driving top and bottom-line growth through strategic execution. This role will build new revenue streams, expand existing services within the existing SF Network footprint, and forge nationwide partnerships to maximize buying power for the Network. It will focus on hospitality service offerings, build a pipeline of traditional sport & entertainment revenues, lead a culture of business development with a growth mindset, and increase corporate / shared services revenue through new and existing offerings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE INCLUDING BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :
- Design, pilot, and scale new revenue programs inside the SF Network (e.g., premium experiences, events, entertainment, hospitality upsells), with clear launch playbooks, dashboards, and ROI hurdles
- Lead expansion strategy in served markets to create multi-asset management contracts with existing SFC clients
- Expand the attach rate and utilization of SFC shared services across venues; develop pricing, packaging, and success models that enhance venue economics and client experience
- Source, evaluate, and recommend M&A, tuck-ins, and capability roll-ups aligned to SFC's strategic plan; partner with finance and integration to ensure value capture
- Establish nationwide partnerships that create incremental venue and corporate revenue; negotiate terms, activation plans, and performance metrics
- Improve group sales, birthday / holiday / corporate / special / grad / school event revenue and premium experiences
- Create / maintain growth dashboards / KPIs, pipeline management, and governance cadences; ensure data-driven decision-making across the network
- Coach and align cross-functional leaders; institutionalize best practices and continuous improvement
- Own growth pipeline, forecast, business cases, and post-launch performance reviews, report regularly to executive leadership
- Represent SFC and the SFNetwork at industry conferences and events
- Support SFC core business development efforts for Advisory, Development, and Management Services
- All other tasks as assigned by leadership
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in business management, or related degree preferred10+ years leading strategic planning and execution in a decentralized, multi-unit growth environment preferredWork experience in an organization with at least 1,000 team members scaling up to 10,000Held a material role in revenue scale from $50M+ to 500M+ or beyondExperience with professional services or B2B / B2B2C servicesDemonstrated success growing services and revenue in multi-state operations with cross-functional collaborationAbility to maintain exceptional interpersonal relationship with clients and develop trustExpert level command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and have demonstrated the ability to learn multiple new software platforms quicklyCollaborative and able to develop interpersonal working relationships with senior leadership and support staff alikeProven ability to create systems / dashboards and manage / coaching frontline and regional teamStrong commercial acumen, contract negotiation, and partner management skillsWORKING CONDITIONS :
