Role Summary The Civil Site Project Engineer will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of site development projects. Working closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, the engineer will be responsible for producing high?quality design solutions for a range of commercial, residential, and mixed?use developments. This role offers a clear pathway to leadership opportunities, including project management and client?facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technical staff to develop site design solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or support the preparation of design documents including site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to support stormwater management and flood mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure timely approvals.
• Participate in internal design reviews and quality control processes to maintain high standards of deliverables.
• Contribute to project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development efforts through technical input and client engagement.
• Stay current with industry standards, codes, and best practices in civil / site development.
