Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in the Emergency Department in Mayfield, Kentucky . This position is ideal for an experienced ER nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and is passionate about delivering quality, compassionate care in urgent situations offering $57,000 to $79,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As an Emergency Department RN, you will :

  • Triage and assess patients presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
  • Administer medications, start IVs, and perform wound care and emergency interventions
  • Monitor patient status, vital signs, and response to treatment
  • Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in EMR systems
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control

    • Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Kentucky (or compact license eligible)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required ; PALS and TNCC preferred
  • 1+ year of Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
