Concierge - Veterinary Hospital

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and service-orientated Client Concierge to be the welcoming face for our veterinary hospital. This role is perfect for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a concierge you'll be responsible for creating a positive first and last impression to our clients, offering comfort and support while ensuring a smooth visit experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet clients and pets upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Offer refreshments such water or coffee to clients while they wait.
• Check out our Retail clients and manage retail area.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and calm reception area and client lobby.
• Ensure exam rooms are prepped, clean, stocked for next appointment.
• Check out clients in retail area.
• Assist with handling phone calls and routing messages as needed.
• Offer support and reassurance to anxious pets and owners.
