Position Summary :
The Associate Director, New Product Planning will be responsible for Competitive Intelligence and New Product Planning (NPP) efforts. This position will play a key role in driving competitive intelligence for commercial and pre-commercial programs and helping expand the influence of the new product planning function in the organization.
This position reports to the Senior Director, New Product Planning and will lead the competitive intelligence function for the commercial portfolio and serve as NPP / CI lead for later stage programs in the organization. This individual will spearhead the generation of competitive strategy insights, providing objective, in-depth actionable intelligence, and communicating with various stakeholders in IR, Commercial, Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, and the senior executive team. In addition, this person will lead the NPP function for assigned program / s, informing strategic decision-making for Crinetics' portfolio in partnership with key stakeholders. This includes utilizing data and market knowledge to identify and initiate optimal approaches to both current product value and future areas of opportunity

Salary Range The salary range for this position is : $167,000 - $209,000. In addition to your base pay, our total rewards program consists of a discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, and 401k match.
