Compensation & Benefits :

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field requiredMaster's degree preferredCertifications : ASCP or equivalent requiredEligible for or currently holding state licensure (if applicable)Experience : 5+ years in a clinical laboratoryPrior lab leadership experience preferredStrong understanding of lab regulations, compliance, and quality standards (COLA, CIHQ)About the Community
