This is a hands-on onsite role, five days a week, in Blythewood, SC, where your leadership will drive operational excellence and elevate our commitment to safety, reliability, and innovation. Location : Blythewood, SC (onsite)

Responsibilities

• Build travelers for ASME vessels, including marking hold points for UM vessels.
• Write and maintain Welding Procedures and Performance Qualification Reports.
• Coordinate the preparation, revision, administration, and issuance of the Spirax Sarco, Inc. ASME Quality Control Manual.
• Ensure ASME drawings meet all applicable codes and customer specifications.
• Supervise ASME documentation like WPSs, PQRs, WPQs, and welder / compose continuity records.
• Review and approve ASME-related purchase orders and update quality control documentation accordingly.
• Conduct weld inspections, testing, and quality reviews to verify compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with Authorized Inspectors, schedule NDE activities, support hydrotesting and ASME / NBBI joint reviews, and prepare Manufacturers Data Reports (MDRs).
• Perform receiving and final inspections to ensure material and product quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, quality audits, and stay current with ASME code updates.
