Position : Group Home Aide

Location : Pittsfield, MA (other locations available)

Schedule : Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available

Pay : $20 / hour

Start Date : Immediate

Assignment Length : 13 weeks to start, with strong potential for extension

In this role, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting - helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their personal growth
• Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
• Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment
• Helping implement individualized learning and behavior plans
• Documenting progress and celebrating milestones
