We are seeking a Bachelor's Level Family Counselor to join our Family Based program , which provides intensive, community-based support to families in need. Our team receives comprehensive training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy , leading to certification and equipping you with the skills to drive meaningful change.
What You'll Do
As a Family Counselor , you will :
Work directly with families to address children's mental health needs and provide therapeutic support.Help families navigate crises, strengthen relationships, and build a resilient support system at home.Partner with a Master's-level Mental Health Professional to provide services to up to 8 families at a time.Assist in crisis response, case management, and weekly team supervision to enhance your clinical skills.Participate in an employer-paid training program to gain expertise in the ESFT model and earn valuable certification.Why Work with PCS?
