Special Touch Home Care is looking for a dedicated bilingual Bengali / English Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with navigating the application and onboarding process for our services. Responsibilities :
- Assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries and support.
- Guide individuals through accurate registration and completion of applications.
- Provide updates on application status and help resolve any pending documentation issues.
- Respond to incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and resolution of client needs.
Experience :
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record management.Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic office environment.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (required).1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare preferred).Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Must be fluent in both Bengali and English (spoken and written).Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM / EMR systems).What We Offer :
