💼 Assistant Superintendent – Healthcare Construction

📍 Location : Nashville, TN (field-based, multi-phased healthcare projects)

💰 Salary : Competitive + performance-based incentives

💪 Experience : 5+ years in commercial construction, preferably as an Assistant Superintendent; healthcare experience preferred

About the Role

Support healthcare construction projects from start to finish! Assist in managing schedules, budgets, quality, and safety while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining operational continuity in occupied facilities.

Responsibilities include supervising daily construction activities, reading and interpreting plans, ensuring OSHA compliance, managing mechanical / electrical work, and coordinating with project teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial construction, preferably as an Assistant Superintendent
• Healthcare construction experience and knowledge of ICRA standards
• Ability to read blueprints and technical plans
• Hands-on field experience supervising subcontractors and schedules
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
