Hours : 10 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM | Wednesday Sunday (must be available to work weekends)

Summary

As a Concierge, you will serve as the hospitality hub for guests and tenants visiting the designated building, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience. You will provide wayfinding and information services, support leasing and orientation tours, and collaborate with client and retailer teams to enhance building events and initiatives. This is a full-time onsite role as part of the Real Estate Experience function and reports to the on-site program lead.

Responsibilities Act as the face of hospitality for the complex, representing the client brand with world-class customer service.

Proactively greet tenants and visitors with a welcoming demeanour.

Provide wayfinding assistance, information, and applicable services throughout the complex.

Support leasing tours for prospective office and retail tenants by coordinating access, F&B and gifting, tour paths, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of services, events, and initiatives.

Assist Property Management with onboarding programs, including orientation tours, welcome gifting, and signage coordination.

Manage the retail discount program for tenants on digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and seasonal updates.

Support gift card sales, including transaction processing.

Record, log, and respond to requests via digital platforms, handle inquiries, or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Coordinate VIP arrival services with administrative assistants, including greeting at arrival, expedited security, beverage service, and other support tasks.

Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.

Contribute to monthly data tracking and assist with client reporting.

Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; escalate appropriately to ensure safety.

Ensure outcomes align with customer objectives and deliver a positive impact.

Lead by example, modelling behaviours consistent with client RISE values, and guide team members through practices and procedures.

Requirements High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of job-related experience (luxury retail experience preferred).

Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts relevant to concierge / hospitality services.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
