Manager of AI Performance Analytics

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics - AI Performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the analytical vision and roadmap for AI agent performance, designing measurement strategies

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI agents focusing on adoption, efficiency, and business impact

Develop and maintain advanced dashboards in Tableau Next and Salesforce for leadership reporting

Required Qualifications

6-10 years of analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

Expertise in Tableau and Salesforce Data Cloud

Advanced SQL and Snowflake skills

Experience designing and maintaining KPI frameworks and dashboards

Solid understanding of AI analytics concepts
