Everything we do is centered on providing a world class homeowner experience through the process of installing RbA's windows and doors. The Installer III is responsible for basic window and door installation on a single jobsite as well as ensuring safe work practices and OSHA compliance are being followed on the jobsite.

Responsibilities :

• Installs basic window and door product in accordance with Renewal standards and productivity expectations
• Proper installation of all insulation types (spray foam application, fiberglass)
• General understanding of water management (proper shingling techniques)
• Proper opening preparation for all types of installations
• Consistently prepares the jobsite for set up and tear down to assure work can be performed in an efficient and safe manner and the worksite is left clean
• Intermediate assessment and problem-solving ability Assess and address jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work.
• Collaborates with other installers throughout the installation project to maximize efficiency
• Ability to set all basic product styles (double gliding, casement window, gliding window, picture window, etc.)
• Maintains company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Policy
• Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned
• General warehouse support
• Provide support for minor service calls as needed
• Adheres to Renewal safety programs and training requirements.
• Provides direction, coaching and training to Install I & II

Salary Information :

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $21.00-31.50 hourly plus incentives.

Benefits include, and are not limited to :

PROFIT SHARING : In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
