Key Requirements :
3+ years of experience supporting IP litigation
Solid billing experience
Prior experience in an Am Law or mid-size law firm strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize projects, and support attorneys proactively
Tech-savvy, organized, and capable of working independently
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate litigation project files and support attorneys with document management
Draft and transmit legal documents, memos, and correspondence via e-filing, email, and more
Support document review workflows, databases, and quality checks
Calculate and manage litigation deadlines and timelines
Assist in discovery and trial preparation, including deposition coordination and potential travel
Generate reports and analyze litigation data with attention to detail and accuracy
Handle billing, invoicing, and accruals using Chrome River and other internal tools
Open new matters, perform conflict checks, and assist with intake
Coordinate CLE tracking and travel arrangements for attorneys
Maintain files, update docketing and document management systems
Draft engagement letters and assist with general communications to clients
Ensure timely and accurate time entry via inTapp
Complete 8 hours of firm-provided technical training annually
