Senior Career Advisor

A company is looking for an ICEO Senior Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and meet unique client needs while delivering a white-glove boutique experience

Provide coaching on career transition best practices and mobilize ICEO resources for client advocacy

Deliver insights on business and employment trends to benefit clients

Required Qualifications

Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level

Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and development

Proven ability to establish relationships with senior executives and stakeholders

Experience with involuntary termination is preferred

Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting ICEO service delivery
